Hemiparesis in cerebral infarction can be well, and the recovery period is within 3-6 months after the onset of the disease; if the onset is more than six months, most of them may have sequelae. Patients with hemiparesis can be seen in lesions of the brain, such as cerebral infarction in the basal ganglia region, the radiocoronal region, and cerebral infarction in the cerebral hemispheres, and if the infarct foci are large, the symptoms are more severe and there is a greater possibility of sequelae. In the case of small cerebral ridge infarction, it can be clinically cured with active and correct treatment. Patients who are considered to have large cerebral ridge infarction, which may also cause cerebral edema and increased intracranial pressure, can also develop impaired consciousness. The main treatment is to apply anti-platelet coagulation, neuroprotection, improve blood circulation and protect mitochondria, and give symptomatic treatment if there is high cranial pressure and impaired consciousness. Patients who are ultra-early, within 4.5 hours of onset, can also be considered for thrombolytic therapy.
