Can cerebral hemorrhage and smog cause paralysis?

Smog is a rare disease, and because of its unique name, many people who are not familiar with it may mistake it for a smoking-related lung disease when they first hear about it. However, smog is a serious cerebrovascular disease with a chronic progressive course. Even though there are no obvious symptoms or discomfort in the early stages, it is important to pay attention to it to avoid the problem from becoming more serious. From clinical findings, it is found that smog is more common in children under 10 years old and middle-aged people over 40 years old, and there are usually two different types of smog, namely ischemic smog and hemorrhagic smog, which is mainly manifested as transient cerebral ischemic attacks. The ischemia can be severe enough to lead to cerebral infarction. Sudden cerebral hemorrhage is a critical condition and needs to be controlled in time to avoid further damage. Can smoldering brain hemorrhage cause paralysis? Smoldering cerebral hemorrhage is mostly intraventricular or subarachnoid hemorrhage. Patients will have severe headache and will suffer from impaired consciousness and limb paralysis, and severe cerebral infarction can also lead to paralysis, with high disability and mortality rates. Brain hemorrhage in smog is very dangerous, and timely surgery to control the hemorrhage is crucial, but after the postoperative stabilization, comprehensive treatment of the original disease of smog is still necessary to avoid reoccurrence of brain hemorrhage, causing irreversible damage. At present, the treatment of smog is mainly through surgery, there are direct bypass, patch surgery and joint vascular bypass surgery, but after clinical practice verification shows that the first two surgical methods are relatively single, so it is recommended to choose joint vascular bypass surgery.
