Chronic gonorrhea is a type of gonorrhea and there is no such thing as advanced gonorrhea. The main symptoms are abnormal urination, back pain and complications. 1. Abnormal urination: it may be manifested as a burning sensation in the urethra, slight tingling, and in some cases, it may cause weekend hematuria as well as difficulty in urination, or even urinary retention. 2. Lower back pain: due to chronic inflammation stimulation, it may cause lower back pain, perineal swelling and other symptoms. 3. Complications: Longer duration of the disease may cause gonorrheal prostatitis, gonorrheal seminal vesiculitis, gonorrheal epididymitis; women may cause salpingitis, endometritis, ovarian abscess and so on. Chronic gonorrhea should go to the regular hospital for examination and treatment, follow the doctor’s instructions in accordance with the course of treatment, and prohibit sexual intercourse, husband and wife at the same time examination and treatment.
