Foods rich in vitamin A, such as carrots, sweet potatoes, etc. Vitamin A can maintain the health of the retina, and it can combat dry eyes. 2. Foods rich in vitamin C, like some citrus fruits such as tangerines and oranges. Vitamin C is an important antioxidant that scavenges free radicals produced in the body. 3. Foods rich in vitamin E, like avocado, almonds and sunflower seeds. Vitamin E also enhances the antioxidant capacity of the cells and can remove some of the harmful waste products produced by our body. 4.
