How to treat a few fibrotic foci in the lungs

A small number of fibrous foci in the lungs are found during imaging tests, with no other abnormal sensations, and all tests done are relatively normal and do not need to be treated with medication. Most of this condition is due to a previous lung infection that has now healed leaving a fibrous foci, which can be considered as a result of repairing damage to the lungs. If there is cough, sputum, chest tightness, or even dyspnea, it is mainly considered to be caused by chronic inflammation, which is easily caused when there is chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, or tuberculosis. Fibrosis may also be present at the time of examination, which is highly related to the lack of thorough treatment in the past and requires active treatment according to the specific situation. If it is caused by tuberculosis, it also needs to be treated regularly with a combination of drugs such as isoniazid, streptomycin, and rifampin.
