Xianhecao can be used to treat hemoptysis, vomiting blood various bleeding syndrome, prolonged diarrhea and dysentery, malaria, carbuncle, swollen sores and poison, itchy vagina and bring down, dexterity and labor injury (overwork resulting in physical weakness, fatigue) and so on. The adverse reactions of Xianhecao are not clear. There are no special contraindications for pairing with other drugs, so as long as it is used in a standardized manner under the guidance of a professional doctor, it will generally not cause harm to the human body. Xianhecao should be used by professional Chinese medicine practitioners after diagnosis, and should not be used blindly on its own to avoid causing adverse reactions.
