Varicocele is a group of urological diseases that are more common in young men. It is generally categorized as mild, moderate and severe. Patients with mild to moderate varicocele are usually asymptomatic, and it is only found during checkups or when doing ultrasound examinations, the disease does not require any treatment or medication if there are no symptoms. If the varicocele is significantly aggravated, it is called severe varicocele, and sometimes it can cause a sensation of falling down on this side of the spermatic vein, on this side of the scrotal area, or even a hidden pain, and so on. Severe varicocele may affect fertility and only surgery can cure this varicocele, which cannot be solved by taking medicine.
