Is there a trick to chemo nausea and vomiting?

There is no trick for the nausea and vomiting of chemotherapy, which can be relieved by drugs, food and prevention.
1. Drugs: you can give antiemetic drugs such as tropisetron and aripitant before chemotherapy, or give a certain dose of dexamethasone sodium phosphate to reduce the reaction, or give rehydration solution, furosemide, etc., to reduce the reaction through hydration and diuresis, and give some acid-suppressing and gastric mucosa-protecting drugs such as omeprazole appropriately to also improve the reaction.
2. Food: try to eat some fruits and vegetables, light diet, eat some well-digested staple food, drink more water, increase metabolism through urination to reduce the reaction.
3. Prevention: Apply some gastric mucous membrane protectant and preventive antiemetic drugs before chemotherapy, or use some sedative drugs such as diazepam in small doses to achieve the effect of reducing the reaction.
Patients need to go to the regular hospital for chemotherapy, under the guidance of the doctor to use drugs.
