Early symptoms of pancreatic head cancer are not obvious, which may include hidden pain and discomfort in abdomen, abnormal blood sugar level, digestive symptoms such as diarrhea and abdominal distension, jaundice, emaciation and so on. Pancreatic head cancer is more common among pancreatic cancers. Early stage patients usually have atypical symptoms, which are easy to be neglected, and the possible early symptoms are as follows. 1. Recurring abdominal pain and discomfort, usually with frequent attacks at night, the pain level is more obvious than that in daytime, and the pain level will be aggravated with the development of the disease. 2. Abnormal glucose levels in the blood, unexplained diabetes, or aggravation of existing diabetes symptoms. 3. Gastrointestinal symptoms, such as recurrent diarrhea, abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting, and poor appetite. 4. Some patients have jaundice symptoms such as yellowing of the skin and sclera all over the body. 5. Some patients develop unexplained short-term weight loss and extreme emaciation.
