The average survival time after successful surgery for pancreatic head cancer in related to tumor stage, degree of malignancy and other factors, and cannot be generalized, and the 5-year survival rate after surgery ranges from less than 5% to 70%. Pancreatic head cancer is a kind of pancreatic cancer, and there is no detailed data on its specific survival period, generally referring to the data of pancreatic cancer. The survival period of pancreatic cancer needs to take into account the patient’s personal physical quality, mentality, early and late onset and the size of pancreatic head cancer lesions, metastasis, pathological staging and other comprehensive factors, which are also very much related to the postoperative follow-up treatments, nutrition and exercise management. At present, the surgical resection rate of early-stage pancreatic cancer is more than 90%, and the 5-year survival rate can reach 70%. However, the prognosis of progressive pancreatic cancer is very poor, and the 5-year survival rate is not more than 5%. It is recommended to have regular medical checkups to achieve “early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment”, so as to maximize the survival time of patients.
