How to fix a cracked tooth

When the tooth is cracked, the tooth is cracked, and the restoration options for the cracked tooth are filling restoration, inlay restoration, and full crown restoration, as follows. 1. Filling repair: If the crack is shallow and only limited to the enamel or shallow layer of dentin, the cracked area can be prepared as a cavity and then filled with composite resin. 2. Inlay restoration: If the fissure is deeper, the cavity prepared is larger, and the remaining tooth tissue cannot provide enough resistance, inlay restoration can be chosen. 3. Full crown restoration: If the fissure is long and deep, or the tooth is decayed at the same time, or the tooth is in poor shape and prone to occlusal trauma, full crown restoration can be used to protect the remaining tooth tissues and prevent the reoccurrence of fissure. It is recommended to go to the hospital to receive regular treatment.
