Cesarean section incision with hard lumps, different situations, different treatment methods, serious need active treatment, if necessary, even need surgical drainage. Clinically, all surgical incisions, including cesarean section incision, if there is a hard lump, we should consider the following two possibilities: First, the most common is the incision inflammation, that is, the surgical incision has a bacterial infection, usually manifested as local redness, swelling, pain, need to be timely oral or even intravenous antibiotic treatment, if there is no improvement or even the formation of abscess, the need for timely incision and drainage, to strengthen the change of medication, as well as anti-infective treatment. Secondly, excluding the possibility of surgical incision infection, usually considered to be a local absorbable line formed by the fibrous scar, can be closely observed, regular follow-up, without special treatment, three to six months after the hard lumps naturally soften and return to normal.
