Contraindications to Ornidazole Tablets include conditions such as drug allergy; the drug is used in a 3-day regimen as well as a 10-day regimen. 1. Indications: mainly used for the treatment of periodontitis, endometritis, cellulitis and other infectious diseases caused by sensitive infections such as Mycobacterium fragilis, Mycobacterium multiforme, Streptococcus alimentarius and other infections. 2. Contraindications: allergy to the product, combined with central nervous system injury, epilepsy, organ sclerosis, leukemia and other hematologic malignant diseases, early pregnancy, lactation and other conditions. 3. Common adverse reactions: decreased blood cell count, allergic reactions, muscle tremor, limb stiffness, seizures, nausea, vomiting, etc. 4. Usage: Oral, depending on the therapeutic purpose, body weight and other different methods of use. (1) Treatment of anaerobic infections: If not specifically prescribed by the doctor, people over 35kg can choose the program of 1.5g once a day for 1~3 days; or 0.5g~1.0g twice a day for 3~10 days. for people under 35kg, the dosage needs to be calculated according to the body weight once a day for 10 days. (2) Perioperative prophylaxis or treatment of infection: If not specifically prescribed, for people over 35kg, 1.5g of the drug should be used 12 hours before surgery, and 0.5g twice daily after surgery, for 3~5 days. (3) Trichinosis: 1.5g once daily for 1~2 days for people over 35kg, and once daily for 1~2 days for people under 5kg, with dosage calculated according to body weight.
