The way of penile circumcision is mainly seen in traditional circumcision, commercial ring surgery and circumciser surgery, etc. After giving sufficient preoperative preparation, disinfection and anesthesia, different circumcision operations are given. 1. Traditional circumcision: after adequate preoperative preparation, two hemostatic forceps clamp the foreskin on the dorsal side of the penis, and one hemostatic forceps clamps the foreskin at the tethered band and lifts it up. From the dorsal side of the penis between the hemostatic forceps cut the foreskin to the distance from the coronary groove 0.5cm, and respectively to both sides along the distance from the coronary groove 0.5cm cut to the tethered belt, the bleeding point at the trauma for adequate hemostasis, and suture the incision, postoperative pressure bandage. 2. Commercial ring surgery: after successful disinfection and anesthesia, the inner ring is placed into the foreskin capsule, between the foreskin and the glans, and then the outer ring is placed outside the foreskin and the inner ring of the foreskin is tightly aligned, and the clasp is fastened. The clasp is removed after about a week, and the scabs fall off and heal gradually. 3. Circumciser: After successful disinfection and anesthesia, lift up the opening of the foreskin, place the inner part of the circumciser inside the foreskin capsule, adjust the position and fix the foreskin. Sleeve the outer part of the anastomosis, rotate it to fix it, press the handle of the circumciser and keep it for about 15 seconds, complete the excision of the foreskin and suture it, check that there is no bleeding and then put pressure bandage on it.
