The examination shows flaky ground-glass density shadow with clear boundary, which needs to be treated for the cause of the disease. Generally speaking, lung infection, lung tuberculosis, lung tumor and so on can lead to flaky ground-glass density shadow. 1. Lung infection: Infection produces a large amount of inflammatory exudate, which accumulates to form foci, and flaky ground-glass density shadows can be seen on examination. Lung infection is mainly caused by bacteria, mycoplasma, viruses and other pathogens, the treatment is mainly anti-infective, drugs can be penicillin, cefuroxime and so on. 2. Tuberculosis: infected by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, flaky ground glass density shadow can be seen under CT. The treatment is mainly anti-tuberculosis therapy, and the drugs can be isoniazid, rifampicin and so on. 3. Lung tumor: mainly consider benign tumor because of clear boundary, if the tumor is small, regular recheck is recommended, if it continues to grow, it can be surgically resected. If the tumor is small, it is recommended to check regularly, and if it continues to grow, it can be removed by surgery.
