Zanyu Pill generally refers to Ankun Zanyu Pill, which is effective in benefiting Qi and nourishing blood (replenishing Qi and blood in the body), regulating the liver and kidneys. Ankun Zanyu Pill is composed of Xiangshu, Deer Antler, Colla Corii Asini, Paeoniae Alba, Angelica Sinensis and other medicines, which have the efficacy of benefiting qi and nourishing blood, regulating and tonifying the liver and kidneys, and can be used clinically to treat menstrual irregularities, disintegration and leucorrhea (excessive or spotty menstruation) due to deficiency of qi and blood, liver and kidney (weakness of the liver and kidneys), and leucorrhoea (a disease of bringing down the belt), as indicated by scanty menstruation or dribbling, weakness (mental exhaustion and body weakness), and aching of the lower back and legs. The adverse reactions and contraindications of this product are not clear. This product should not be used concurrently with drugs containing veratrum, is contraindicated in pregnant women, and should be used with caution in menstrual disorders caused by blood-heat, dislocations and those with damp-heat leucorrhea. Note that cold food is forbidden during the period of taking the medicine.
