The so-called gallstones generally refers to gallbladder stones; gallbladder stones can be diagnosed through the patient’s clinical manifestations and imaging tests. 1. Clinical manifestations: patients with biliary colic is an important basis for judgment, especially when the biliary colic occurs on a full meal, eating greasy food, work stress, rest is not good, the most typical biliary colic; other symptoms may be epigastric pain, gallbladder fluid, and the fluid is colorless and transparent, and so on. 2. Imaging examination: ultrasonography is the first choice for imaging examination, which can diagnose gallbladder stones by showing strong echogenic masses in the gallbladder, moving with the change of body position, and subsequent acoustic shadows; about 10%~15% of the stones can be observed by abdominal X-ray examination; other imaging examinations include CT and MRI, but they are not routinely used for examination. For patients diagnosed with gallbladder stones or suspected of having gallbladder stones, they should immediately go to the relevant departments of regular hospitals to avoid delays and adverse consequences.
