Dense iliitis belongs to the category of “paralysis” in Chinese medicine. Paralysis refers to wind, cold and dampness, which are combined to form paralysis. Because of the three qi feelings are biased, the performance of the symptoms are not consistent, so there are line paralysis, pain paralysis, with paralysis of the points. 1. Xing paralysis: pain wandering, bad wind and fever, treatment should be dispelling wind and clearing the channels (dispel wind, dredge the meridians), dispersing cold and removing dampness. Fangfeng Tang can be used to add subtractions. 2. Pain paralysis: the pain has a fixed place, and the pain is reduced by warmth. The treatment is to warm the meridians and dissipate cold (warming the meridians and channels of the human body and dispelling the cold in the body), and to dispel wind and dampness (dispelling the wind and dampness in the body). Wu Tou Tang can be used to add and subtract. 3. Paralysis: heavy aches and pains, heavy hands and feet, the treatment is to remove dampness, dispel wind and cold (to dispel wind and cold). Job’s tears soup can be used to add subtractions. Patients with dense iliitis need to be identified by a physician, and under the guidance of the symptomatic use of medication, do not blindly use their own medication, in order to avoid adverse consequences.
