Soda crackers may ease the symptoms of pregnancy sickness, but they don’t work for everyone. During pregnancy, pregnant women experience loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting due to hormonal changes in the body. As each pregnant woman’s situation is different and her tastes may change, some pregnant women do not have serious vomiting symptoms and consume soda crackers to add to their meals, as the crackers are lighter and can slightly relieve the symptoms of pregnancy vomiting. However, some pregnant women have severe vomiting and food is not effective in relieving the symptoms. It is normal for pregnant women to experience early pregnancy reactions during pregnancy, which will generally decrease or disappear with the increase of pregnancy weeks and the gradual growth of the fetus. However, if the symptoms of early pregnancy reaction are too severe, affecting normal eating and even affecting health, medical treatment is needed.
