What does fetal movement mean?

Fetal movement is medically known as fetal movement, which represents the movement of the fetus’ limbs. As the fetus continues to develop, the limbs of the fetus begin to move, and if the fetus’s arms and legs impact the uterine wall during movement, the pregnant woman will feel fetal movement. Most pregnant women begin to feel fetal movement at 16 to 20 weeks of pregnancy. Monitoring fetal movement is an important indicator of whether the fetus is developing normally. Fetal movements that are regular, rhythmic and without significant changes in strength generally indicate that the fetus is developing well. If there is a sudden and noticeable change in fetal movement, such as frequent or sudden decrease, it often indicates that the fetus has abnormalities in the uterus, and prompt medical attention should be sought.
