In the clinical setting, thickened and increased texture in both lungs with blurring is mostly suggestive of a lung lesion. If the process is acute, it can be seen in bronchitis. If the lesion is of chronic course, it mostly suggests a relationship with chronic inflammation in the lungs. Therefore, it needs to be analyzed and judged in conjunction with the patient’s imaging. If there is also a combination of fever and cough, further lung CT is recommended and targeted treatment is given, mostly suggesting the possibility of lung infection. If the course is chronic and there is no obvious discomfort, further follow-up and observation are needed, and if necessary, pulmonary function tests can be performed to clarify the presence of airway-related diseases.
