Laughing till your stomach hurts because of what’s in the cold?

Laughing until your stomach hurts is usually due to inhaling large amounts of gas, muscle spasms, etc. and has no significant correlation with getting cold air. Laughing to stomach pain is a common physiological phenomenon, which is actually abdominal muscle pain.
