There’s a lump in the left testicle.

Physical examination found that there is a mass in the left testicle, if the texture is hard and the boundary with the testicle is not clear, first of all, we should be alert to the possibility of testicular tumor. Others should also be differentiated from testicular tuberculosis, testicular hematoma, testicular inflammation and so on. When the testicular tumor starts to be relatively small, there are usually no obvious symptoms. As the tumor gradually increases in size, there will be a hardening and enlargement of the testicle, as well as a feeling of swelling and pain. When a testicular tumor is diagnosed, it needs to be treated with surgery as soon as possible by doing a unilateral orchiectomy. Postoperative pathology can determine the nature, and most testicular tumors are seminomas. After surgery, it is also necessary to cooperate with radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other comprehensive treatment, and seminomas are more sensitive to radiotherapy.
