Sports soft tissue injuries mostly refer to chronic injuries of the sports system, and the injured tissues include muscles, tendons, cartilage, blood vessels, nerves and so on. 1. Chronic injury of cartilage, mainly including chronic injury of articular cartilage and epiphyseal cartilage, such as wear and tear of the inner and outer meniscus of the knee joint. 2. Chronic injury of soft tissues, including chronic injury of muscles, tendons, tendon sheaths, ligaments and bursae, such as stenosing tenosynovitis and supraspinatus tendonitis. 3. Chronic injury of bone, mainly refers to the fatigue fracture which is easy to produce stress concentration of the bone structure of the finer parts of the bone, mostly occurring in the tibia and the toes of the foot and other parts, such as tibial stress fracture. 4. Peripheral nerve entrapment injury, the structure around the nerve tissue proliferation, narrowing, resulting in localized nerve injury, or nerve tissue structure due to frequent repetitive activities resulting in nerve injury, such as pear-shaped muscle syndrome. When a more severe soft tissue injury occurs, it is recommended to seek prompt medical attention and follow the doctor’s instructions.
