How to treat cholangiocarcinoma of the liver portal

  Clinical manifestations are mainly obstructive jaundice with generalized yellow skin staining, darkening of urine and white stools, examination suggests that the jaundice index is elevated, sometimes accompanied by elevated transaminases, poor appetite and abdominal distension.  Treatment is still based on surgical resection, with lobectomy + tumor resection, hepatic duct jejunostomy ring, resection of tumor in the hilar region, bile duct reconstruction, and bile-intestinal anastomosis. Surgery is complicated.  Unresectable tumors can be treated with PTCD, intra-biliary stent, etc.
