Clinically, there is no specific value to judge how long the cervical cancer can live if metastasis of peritoneal lymph nodes occurs. It needs to be judged according to the degree of treatment and the patient’s own condition. If the peritoneal lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer patients is limited to the pelvis, surgical treatment can be considered through preoperative evaluation to see if radical resection can be performed. If the tumor can be completely removed plus lymph node dissection during surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy can be performed after surgery to reduce the chance of recurrence, which can appropriately prolong the survival period. If, after examination, the cervical cancer cells have spread to the upper abdomen or even the supraclavicular lymph nodes, then there is little hope for radical treatment by surgery, and comprehensive treatment, such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, etc., can be considered. However, the prognosis may be poor. When cervical cancer with peritoneal lymph node metastasis occurs, it is necessary to go to the hospital for detailed examination in time, ask professional doctors to do clinical evaluation, and choose scientific and reasonable treatments according to the development of the cancer to prolong the patient’s survival period.
