The normal value of AFP (alpha-fetoprotein) after surgery for liver malignant tumor is 0~25ug/L. Under normal circumstances, the value of AFP is about 0~25ug/L, and needs to be controlled below 25ug/L after surgery. The value of AFP can determine whether there is metastasis or recurrence of liver malignant tumors, and AFP needs to be rechecked and monitored after surgery. If the value of alpha-fetoprotein increases significantly after surgery, it should be combined with liver ultrasound, liver CT or liver MRI to find the lesion for reasonable treatment. After the surgery, it is recommended to have regular checkups and consult the hepatobiliary surgery department of regular hospitals; if there is any discomfort, consult the doctor in time and take active treatment to avoid delaying the condition.
