Symptoms and Manifestations of Zhengqi Deficiency

Zhengqi insufficiency is mainly manifested as yellowish color (yellowish color without luster), shortness of breath and lazy speech, low voice, fatigue (mental fatigue, physical weakness), pale tongue, white veins, etc., the specific performance of different organs due to different distinctions. 1. Lung qi deficiency: coughing, sputum, sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, sweating is aggravated by the slightest movement), easy to catch a cold, low voice and so on. 2. Heart Qi deficiency: palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), shortness of breath, aggravated by labor, spontaneous sweating, fatigue (mental exhaustion, physical weakness), and lassitude. 3. Spleen and Stomach Qi deficiency: manifested as reduced diet, tiredness and fatigue (tiredness and fatigue), yellowish color, loose stools (thin and unshaped stools). 4. Insufficiency of positive qi in kidney: manifestation of soreness and weakness of waist and knees (feeling of soreness and weakness of waist and knees), frequent urination, long and clear urination, thinning of leucorrhoea, and 晄white color of face.
