Srolizumab is an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody drug, which is clinically used for advanced adult solid tumors that cannot be resected or have metastasized, such as advanced gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer. It is administered by intravenous drip at a recommended dose of 3 mg/kg administered intravenously every 2 weeks until disease progression or intolerable toxicity occurs.
Adverse effects of this product include proteinuria, anemia, elevated alanine aminotransferase, elevated aspartate aminotransferase, decreased platelet count, decreased white blood cell count, hypoproteinemia, malaise, and decreased appetite, and it is contraindicated in those who are allergic to this product.
