The scientific term for myeloblastoma is multiple myeloma, and the cause of its development is unknown, but is associated with a number of factors. Multiple myeloma is a tumor of B-lymphocyte origin that eventually differentiates into a plasma cell homolog. The etiology is unclear, although unproven, and based on current clinical studies, it may be related to genetics, infection, ionizing radiation, inflammation and chronic antigenic stimulation, and a variety of environmental factors (farm animals, and a variety of chemical dusts or gases). The disease mostly occurs in middle-aged and elderly people aged 40 to 70 years. The clinical onset is insidious and the disease is progressive. Multiple myeloma may also have other causes, it is recommended to go to the hospital in a timely manner, improve the examination to clarify the cause of the disease, under the guidance of physicians to give targeted treatment or therapy.
