What are the early symptoms of adrenal tumors

There may be no obvious clinical symptoms in the early stage of adrenal tumor. When patients have abnormal secretion of aldosterone, catecholamine, cortisol and sex hormone, some corresponding symptoms will appear.
1. Symptoms of abnormal secretion of aldosterone: patients may have muscle weakness, hypertension, increased nocturia, decreased blood potassium, decreased renin level; adverse symptoms such as hand and foot twitching, headache, dizziness, etc. may also occur.
2. Abnormal catecholamine secretion symptoms: mainly manifested as metabolic disorders, hypertension, increased blood glucose, hypokalemia, increased cholesterol, increased free fatty acids and so on.
3. Abnormal secretion of cortisol: patients may have full moon face, centripetal obesity, hirsutism, acne, buffalo back, and body weakness.
4. Abnormal secretion of sex hormones: women may have adverse symptoms such as obesity, hirsuteness, acne, and scanty menstruation; men may have adverse symptoms such as mammary gland hyperplasia, breast development, and decreased physiological needs.
