Typical symptoms of Parkinson’s patients are rigidity, tremor, and motor retardation. Although Parkinson’s disease itself is not fatal, as the disease progresses, it inevitably affects the quality of life of patients, leading to physical disability and even threatening life. According to statistics from the China Brain Disease Rehabilitation Center on 53,152 Parkinson’s disease patients, the highly disabling rate reached 60% after 5 years of onset, and more than 30% of patients were killed in the late stages. Of the patients who died, 50% died from bedsores and sepsis; 28% died from heart failure; 14% died from pneumonia; and 8% died from urinary infections! The pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease is not yet clear, and the common clinical treatment is mainly symptomatic, so Parkinson’s patients should be treated early, symptomatic treatment, and long-term awakening functional exercise to improve the quality of life of patients as much as possible. At the same time Parkinson’s patients need to maintain a relaxed mood, a happy mood can relieve the patient’s symptoms.
