Slightly coarse echoes in the liver usually recover. However, a slightly coarse intrahepatic echo caused by a serious disease cannot be recovered. Slightly coarse intrahepatic echoes are an imaging manifestation, which usually appears during liver ultrasound, and may be caused by alcoholic liver, fatty liver, and so on. If liver function tests do not reveal any impairment of liver function, it can usually be recovered through dietary modification and lifestyle interventions, such as eating a light diet, avoiding oily food, quitting alcohol, increasing exercise, and so on. If the echo in the liver is slightly thicker due to liver cirrhosis, liver cancer and other diseases, we should cooperate with the treatment as soon as possible, but it can only alleviate the condition, and it is impossible to recover. If liver abnormalities are detected by imaging and ultrasound, it is recommended to cooperate with the doctor as soon as possible to improve the next step of the examination, so as to exclude the possibility of serious liver diseases in a timely manner.
