Distal tubal blockage usually requires surgical treatment. Female patients with distal tubal blockage can be categorized into distal tubal lumen blockage and umbilical tubal blockage, and due to the different specific conditions, the surgical methods are also somewhat different. It is recommended to perform combined hysterolaparoscopic surgery, during which the umbilical end is shaped and the surrounding adhesions are broken down to remove other pelvic lesions. If the tubes are severely diseased, it is recommended that they be removed to avoid recurrence of fluid retention or ectopic pregnancy after the surgery. X-ray guided guidewire can also be implemented to loosen the distal obstruction, the advantage is that it does not require hospitalization, lower cost, but can not deal with pelvic lesions, the postoperative pregnancy rate is lower than the hysterolaparoscopic surgery. Patients are advised to receive treatment at a regular hospital.
