Morpholine before or after meals

The generic name for morphine is domperidone and should be taken about half an hour before a meal. If taken after a meal, it may result in a delayed effect. Domperidone belongs to the category of gastric stimulants and is used clinically for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux, delayed gastric emptying, dyspepsia caused by esophagitis, and nausea, vomiting, and other discomforts caused by a variety of factors. This drug is administered orally and should be taken 15 to 30 minutes before meals. If taken after a meal, it is affected by food, which can cause delayed absorption of the drug. Contraindications to this drug are moderate to severe hepatic insufficiency, gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation, prolactinoma, breast cancer, and hypersensitivity to any of the components of the product. It is forbidden to combine it with erythromycin, ketoconazole oral preparations and other drugs.
