Primitive heart tube pulsation cannot normally be seen on day 38 of pregnancy. The pregnancy sac and yolk sac can be seen on ultrasound on the 38th day of pregnancy, and the primitive heart tube pulsation cannot be seen under normal circumstances. If the menstrual cycle is regular 28-30 days, the gestational sac can be seen at about 5 weeks after menopause, the fetal buds can be seen at about 6 weeks, and the primitive heart tube beats can be seen by transabdominal ultrasound at about 8 weeks after menopause under normal circumstances. With transvaginal ultrasound, the fetal heartbeat is seen 5 to 7 days earlier than with transabdominal ultrasound. In the case of 38 days of pregnancy, when the primitive heartbeat is not visible, the examination can be repeated in 2 weeks. It is recommended that women who are sure of their early pregnancy should be given standardized examinations and correct treatment under the guidance of a specialist.
