Kefir is a lubricant that relieves constipation by stimulating the bowel wall and causing a bowel reflex. The main ingredient of Kefir is glycerin, which can soften the stool in the intestines and stimulate the intestinal wall to cause the bowel reflex, together with the lubricating effect, which can help to expel the feces. However, it is not recommended to use Kefir for a long period of time. Long-term use of Kefir will inhibit the defecation reflex, making the rectum insensitive to feces, which is not conducive to the formation of physiological defecation reflex. Capsaicin can only be used in the rectum. It may cause rectal discomfort or burning sensation during use. Do not use in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting unless directed by a physician. Seek medical attention for any discomfort that occurs during the use of Capsaicin.
