Medial knee pain may be due to ligament injury, cartilage injury, meniscus injury, osteoarthritis and other reasons.

4. Osteoarthritis: rheumatoid arthritis or gouty arthritis in the joints, as well as aseptic inflammation caused by bone friction, which will lead to poor blood circulation in the bone area, and will also cause irritating pain reactions, manifesting the pain in the inner side of the knee joint.
