Neurogenic cervical spondylosis mainly has neck and shoulder pain, stiffness, numbness that can radiate to the upper limbs, and weakness.
Sympathetic type cervical spondylosis can cause headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, tinnitus, panic, bradycardia or tachycardia.
Spinal cord cervical spondylosis has numbness and weakness in the limbs, unsteadiness in holding objects, feeling of stepping on cotton when walking, and easy to fall.
Vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis has episodes of vertigo, especially when the head and neck change positions, which will be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, tinnitus, hearing loss.
So the symptoms of cervical spondylosis are not exactly the same depending on the type.
