Identification: spleen deficiency and dampness, water-dampness overflow. 2, Spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type Most often seen in infants and children, the child has a thin body, thinning hair, thin and soft or hair loss, poorly developed teeth, soft or peeling nails, unheated hands and feet, or often blue and purple, often with five-shift diarrhea, large or small blisters on the skin, pale tongue or fat and tender tongue, white or little moss, sunken and thin pulse. This type is mostly seen in the dominant malnutrition type. Identification: deficiency of kidney yang and deficiency of qi and blood. For the treatment of herpes sores, exposure drying therapy can be used. For deep pustules, scabs can be removed before applying antibiotic ointment to promote ulcer healing. Isolation and disinfection of often active places, once the disease is found, should be immediately isolated, the patient’s clothes and utensils, etc. should be promptly cleaned and disinfected to prevent contact transmission, and the living environment should be frequently disinfected.
