How to time your period

“Auntie” generally refers to menstruation, which is calculated from the first day of the last menstrual period to the first day of the next menstrual period, which is a menstrual cycle. Menstruation lasts from 2 to 8 days.
A woman’s menstrual cycle normally lasts about 28 days, and a menstrual cycle that is not more than seven days early or late is considered normal. The minimum duration of a menstrual cycle is usually no less than 21 days, and the maximum duration is usually around 35 days. If your menstrual cycle is shorter than 21 days, you need to check whether it is caused by endocrine disorders.
It is normal for menstruation to last 2-8 days and for the volume of menstruation to be within 20-60 milliliters. If the menstrual period lasts less than 3 days and the bleeding is less than 5 milliliters, it is considered to be a light menstrual flow. If the menstrual period lasts more than seven days and the bleeding is more than 80 milliliters, it is a heavy menstrual flow.
If the menstrual cycle is early or late, it belongs to endocrine disorders and needs to go to the hospital for a clear diagnosis before active treatment.
