Early signs of cardiac insufficiency

Cardiac insufficiency can be divided into left cardiac insufficiency and right cardiac insufficiency. Early manifestations of left cardiac insufficiency mainly include exertional dyspnea, fatigue, cough, etc. Early manifestations of right cardiac insufficiency include loss of appetite and swelling of lower limbs. 1. Left heart insufficiency: increase in the volume of return blood, left atrial pressure rises, left ventricular blood can not be discharged to the periphery in a timely manner, resulting in pulmonary stasis, early symptoms may include exertional dyspnea, fatigue, cough, fatigue, reduced exercise tolerance, and so on. 2. Right heart insufficiency: mainly blood stagnation in organs or peripheral tissues, such as digestive system, gastrointestinal tract and liver stagnation causing abdominal distension, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting. If peripheral tissues, it manifests as swelling of the lower limbs. If accompanied by heart disease and the above symptoms, it is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible, after clarifying the cause of the disease, early intervention treatment, to prevent the disease from gradually aggravating, leading to end-stage heart failure.
