The formula of Sour Jujube Ren Tang is Sour Jujube Ren Tang for Insomnia, Chuanxiong Zhicao Poria Decoction, nourishing Blood, removing vexation and clearing deficiency heat, so that one can fall asleep peacefully and have sweet dreams. The second line of the formula describes the composition of this formula, which consists of sour jujube seed, chuanxiong rhizoma, zhimao, licorice and poria.
