What causes back pain?

Low back pain may be related to acute lumbar sprain, chronic lumbar muscle strain, lumbar disc herniation and other causes. 1. Acute lumbar sprain: Acute lumbar sprain is a soft tissue injury to the muscles and ligaments of the lumbar region. Patients usually straighten, tilt, bend and twist will lead to lumbar pain. 2. Chronic lumbar muscle strain: chronic lumbar muscle strain is an accumulative injury, which is a chronic strain on the muscles of the lower back, leading to back pain. 3. Lumbar disc herniation: Lumbar disc herniation refers to the degeneration of intervertebral discs caused by sedentary activities, prolonged standing, and physical labor, which irritates the surrounding nerve roots and causes lumbar pain and soreness. Lumbar pain may also be related to myofasciitis, osteoporosis and other causes. It is recommended that patients should relax to relieve the load on the lumbar spine after the symptoms of lumbar pain occur, and go to a regular hospital in time to identify the cause of the disease and treatment.
