3. Tinea capitis: due to fungal infection of the scalp and hair, hair loss spots will also appear, accompanied by erythema, scaling, itching and other symptoms. At this time you need to give antifungal treatment, such as topical miconazole cream, bifonazole cream, shampooing with ketoconazole lotion, and at the same time joint oral itraconazole and other antifungal drugs.
