Breast fibroadenomas are benign breast tumors that have a low chance of becoming malignant after pregnancy. Breast fibroadenoma is the most common type of benign tumor in women and is a painless lump in the breast. Breast fibroadenomas have a low probability of malignancy, occurring in about 0.2% of patients. Malignancy often occurs during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in older patients with a longer history of disease. Although the probability of malignant transformation of breast fibroids is low, the growth of breast fibroids accelerates during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Therefore, for patients with breast fibroids who are preparing for pregnancy, if the lumps are relatively small, they can be monitored regularly for changes in tumor size, and if the lumps are relatively large, it is generally recommended to treat them through surgical excision before preparing for pregnancy. Breast fibroma is a benign disease with low probability of malignancy and good prognosis. It is recommended that patients follow up regularly in regular hospitals and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
