”Aunt” generally refers to a woman’s menstrual period. Dysmenorrhea can be categorized into three levels: Level 1 pain is mild and can be relieved by rest, Level 2 pain is moderate and requires medication, and Level 3 pain is severe and cannot be completely relieved by medication.

1. Grade 1 dysmenorrhea: Most women may have experienced grade 1 dysmenorrhea, in which the patient may have mild pain or soreness in the lumbosacral and lower abdomen. However, this kind of pain can be relieved by taking rest and drinking some hot water.

2. Grade 2 dysmenorrhea: patients with grade 2 dysmenorrhea may not be able to relieve it by simple rest and hot water, patients can use some painkillers such as ibuprofen and other medications to relieve the pain, but these medications may cause patients to develop rashes and other adverse reactions, and they need to be used under the guidance of a professional doctor.

3. Tertiary pain: some patients’ dysmenorrhea is very serious, even with the use of painkillers can not be completely relieved, this kind of patients need to consider organic diseases, go to the hospital for a systematic examination to clarify the cause of the disease, if necessary, surgical treatment.

If the symptoms of dysmenorrhea are not relieved, or accompanied by other symptoms, patients should go to the hospital in a timely manner to improve the relevant examinations, under the guidance of specialized doctors to identify the causes and then give targeted treatment.
