Rosacea is a chronic skin disease that occurs in the middle of the face and is characterized by diffuse flushing and dilated capillaries, with papules and pustules, mostly in middle-aged people. It is believed that rosacea is mainly associated with the infection of worm mites (Trichophyton rubrum). In addition, a recent study conducted by the National Rosacea Society showed that the main triggers of rosacea include sun exposure, emotional stress, hot weather, wind, physical exercise, alcohol, hot baths, cold weather, pungent foods, humidity, indoor heat, skin care products, and hot beverages. The erythema is temporary at the beginning, but will develop into persistent capillary dilation over time, often most obvious at the tip of the nose and both sides of the nose. 2.Papular pustular stage – Acne-like papules or pustules appear on the basis of erythema, and capillary dilation is more obvious and crisscrossed. 3, nasal superfluous period – the disease period for a long time, connective tissue hyperplasia of the nose, sebaceous glands abnormal enlargement, resulting in the tip of the nose enlargement, the formation of nodular bulge of varying sizes, called nasal superfluous. Its surface is not flat, sebaceous gland mouth significantly enlarged, squeeze white sticky sebaceous secretions overflow, capillaries significantly dilated.
