The main symptoms are redness of the nose, greasy and shiny surface, persistence with itching, burning and pain. In the early stage, small red papules, papules and pustules appear on the nose, capillary congestion in the nose is severe, and obvious dendritic capillary branches can be seen with the naked eye. Eventually, nodules of different sizes and uneven hyperplasia appear on the nose, and the nose is hypertrophied and uncomfortable, which seriously affects the patient’s aesthetics. Our experience is that the first test for mites, according to the results of the local topical plus oral medication is effective.
