What equipment can be used to detect heart attacks

Myocardial infarction can be diagnosed by electrocardiogram, cardiac enzymes, coronary artery spiral CT and coronary angiography.
1. Electrocardiogram (ECG): Common ECG indicators of myocardial infarction are: pathologic Q wave, ST segment elevation, T wave inversion, etc. According to the stage of development of myocardial infarction, the above indicators will change accordingly.
2. Cardiac enzymes: blood can be drawn to test cardiac enzymes, according to the trend of elevation of myoglobin, troponin, creatine kinase isoenzyme, the peak value and the time to return to normal to clarify the diagnosis.
3. Coronary artery spiral CT: The method of observing by CT image through the way of injecting contrast agent to determine whether the blood vessel is blocked or not.
4. Coronary angiography: Its principle is similar to coronary CT, but it can observe the dynamic activity of the heart, and its effect is better than coronary CT.
If there are symptoms such as pain in the anterior region of the heart, it is recommended to consult a doctor as soon as possible, and choose the best examination method under the guidance of the doctor to clarify the cause of the disease, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
